Retrospect version 7.0.265 Problems!!!!!! HELP!!!

Hi I am a Retrospect customer and I am encountering some technical difficulties and need assistance and guidance on how to overcome my problem.

The problem is that I have made a "Drive Backup" of my hard drive, which completed successfully- however when I wanted to create a "Disaster Recovery CD", it does all the required options until right at the end when a screen pops up and informs me that there is some sort of sharing violation. (Please read the log implemented with this forum)
