Hi All The other day I decided to fit an 80mm silent fan to my xbox to quiet it down. After taking a dremel tool to the console I manges to fit the fan with little effort at all. The only thing is after I performed the surgery I realised I had put the fan in the wrong way round, it now blows out instead off sucking in. When I turned the console on I also noticed that the cpu temp (xbox media center) has disapeared leading me to think there must have been some sort gauge in the old stock fan. Due to this I cant tell the cpu temp under load but there isnt much heat coming out the back after hours of use and the console seems stable enough. So my question is this, what do you guys think, should I just leave it they way it is or turn the fan around so that it blows air in and not out? Regards Joe
