rip a dvd to one disc cd rom

    using the program DVD2SVCD, if you go to the bitrate tab and change the minutes on the first disc to the length of the movie, it will then encode the movie to one bin file - the quality is slightly less, obviously but still very good - worth doing on films less than 100 minutes, if much more than that cut it onto 2 discs

    I'm actually writing a guide on this at the moment, lol, anyway, a bit of advice, for svcd, if you are using CCE SP, change the frame size (in the frameserver tab) to vcd size like 352x288 for pal and 352x240 for ntsc and the quality will be much higher!
