My video quality is ok on the 1st disc but the 2nd comes out with lower quality and often takes longer to burn. I don't know much about ripping and burning and some of the stuff described her hurts my little head. VCD easy does it all for me, as does Roxio as far as getting it on disc. Does anyone have some easy to use tips for better overall performance? What about AVI to MPG or is there a burner that will do that for me. Well the Advice I would Give you is to Drop doing it the easiest way and try doing the best way or at least a Better way...Roxio is pretty well known for makeing Fairly low quality software when it comes to the quality of the video it produces...You are better off useing a standalone encoder to encode your AVI files to Mpeg1 vcd and then you can use something like VCDEasy to burn the Mpeg files to CD-R, a standalone encoder Like Tmpgenc or MainConcept Encoder will Produce much better quality than Roxio ever could...you could also invest the $79 and get a DVD Burner and then you can get the best quality and all on a single disk or even more than one movie on a Disk...Well good Luck
