is there anyway i can rip the data or game from a xbox game and burn a completely new game on the same disc
Right off the disk? No. There is only 1 drive that can even read and rip the data right off the disk, and even then, you couldn't re-write the data.
dvd2xbox can rip the games on your console and then ftp to your pc. You could use the program qwix to than make and xbox iso and burn it to a blank dvd. Game copied. i have my entire collection saved on my pc.
You don't even have to Rip them, just keep the games in your drive, and FTP the game from the drive (it will be on the D drive).
