I tried ripit4me with "up in smoke" and when it gets to shrink, i reauthor the dvd but when i press "backup" the whole Shrink closes and i cant get it to work, any help, thanks, i did it in full dvd mode and iso mode, same thing....
I did the same movie with DVDShrink and with AnyDVD running and it was flawless. Could be Shrink is corrupt. Try reinstalling. Do you have enough space on your HD? Have you done a cold restart of your PC? I'm just trying to think of something simple that you may be overlooking first. Many times I've expected the worst and it was something like that. Good luck!
I don't even think that ripit is needed for this movie, try DVDD ISO read and then Imgburn or DVDD in ISO write for the burn.
let me try to reinstall shrink, i use it to compress the movie and to reauthor...because i tried to backup one yhat it was in mi hard drive and the same thing happend....why could cause shrink to be corrupt?
Too much Ganja man, You have exposed it to sex, drugs, and Rock and Roll, would corrupt me as well. If you run a Care Bears DVD thru it, your program will impale itself on the nearest CRC spike it can find. But seriously, programs become corrupt for no apparent reason that we can understand, and simply reinstalling it will help.
LOL blivetNC.........now are we talking about Cheech and Chong's "Up in Smoke" or "The Up in Smoke Tour"? If you think Cheech and Chong is bad, definitely stay away from the Up in Smoke Tour
lol blivetNC; i reinstalled shrink, same thing.... mackdl: im working on "The Up in Smoke Tour" and im running out of ideas..........
ok.... now shrink shuts down with every time that i press backup, not only with Up In Smoke Tour, you think its maybe because i use Easycleaner to claen the Registry, ....
If the program started to act funny after you used Easy Cleaner, I would say yes, however a clean install should clear it up, try uninstalling Shrink, then restarting the computer, defrag the hard drive, then reinstall Shrink, sounds drastic but should work (I hope)
firh78, My son has the "Up in Smoke Tour" DTS version, had no trouble making a backup years ago. In other words, no special protection on it. BTW, they should have put a stronger parental warning.....NOT suitable for any parent. LOL Good Luck!
