I went out to Radio Shack and bought a patch cable so I could plug it into the out on my radio and in on my microphone. I have this to record my SIRIUS Satellite Radio. Basically its for Howard Stern. SO right now I use it on a regular Philips boombox and it records perfect, but when I plug it into my SIRIUS it is bad quality. Now I have checked the quality and tested the same quality on the boombox and my SIRIUS and the boombox was the best. OK get to my point. When I plug it into the audio out on my SIRIUS (which is a Sportster) the quality sounds muffled or like when you turn a volume all the way on the poor sounding file. I don't know what to do so I came to you guys.

By The way I am using Power MP3 WMA Recorder, I also have Super MP3 Recorder but I'm still testing that out

It sounds like you're recording it too loud. Are you using anything to measure how loud you're recording?

Does your software have a meter?
