    Hello all,

I know that I had started a thread on something like this in the past, but I am new to these boards and can't seem to find it again, so please don't tear me up to much...
I really need to rip some audio off of a site for a school project I am doing, The music that I am trying to get are streaming in very high quality in either flash, or quicktime format. I tried some software and whenever I would rip the music it would be in very poor quality, how do I rip things off this site that sound as good as the stream that is playing through my sound card on my computer, with liitle or no loss in quality. Thanks everyone

Download the objects. Get firefox from mozilla and try one or all of these:
1 At the page right-click View File Info select the Media tab and browse thru there if it ain't there look at the Links tab. 2 Download firefox extension called Video Downloader it'll add an icon to the Status bar above yer Tray when yer at a site with stuff on it click the icon and select the gear yer wants. 3 Download firefox extension called Down-Them-All if you are on a page with objects on it it'll put a thick arrow in yer status bar above yer Tray.
I use LoopRecorder for recording offline (http://www.looprecorder.de)
If the objects containing the sound you want are Flash ".flv" files and yer manages to get them down use Flv-Player S, nFLVPlayer1.0.1.1, or FLV Player 1.3.3 all of which are free to play them, there are a few flash decompilers out there which can pull the media out.
