If you're using AnyDVD HD this program rips the whole disc, so the issue is your playback device. Just select the other audio options until you get the one you want.

Hi, thx for ur quick reply. I use nero v8 player. Yes, there are several audio language to choose, but no english. By default Anydvd hd language is set to "automatic". I have change the setting to"english" only, and still selects other languages, but english. At times, the only english audio is heard are the "commentaries, musics and/or background audio" other than that nothing. Its the same when using powerdvd ultra. In order for me to rectify this situation, is to look for english subtitles.

you're probly running into HD audio troubles, where they embed the regular 5.1 audio into the hd audio track. you will either have to get software that can play hd audio or separate out the regular audio from the hd audio track.

Well, I finally figured the problem: (ironman)

First of all, i downloaded BDinfo and install another utility driver so i could see the contents of the bluray. With the BDinfo install Anydvd didnot not rip the English portion, but installed other languages. I reripped the bluray (audio) with txmuxer and low behold i have the english audio. When i compiled my movie it didn't have any audio only video. The problem was i didn't install codecs. Once installed, problem was solved. I have video and the right audio. thx guys
