    Hi there,

I've been using IFOEdit to reorganize the VOBs and VOBrator to analyse the data structure.
But I came into a new problem: I would like to rip the extra AC3 audio (in languages I don't need) and subtitles, but I would like to keep the menus and extras. But I can't get IFOEdit to do it, it always rips the movie and it starts with the movie not the menu.

I tried the option Correct IFO Files without Write NEW IFO Files, but It didn't work.

can anyone help me please ?

I think I understand what you want to do but I'm having a hard time figuring out what audio has to do with extras.

Since the menu is usually contained in vts_*_0.VOB or VIDEO_TS.VOB and the extras are usually contained in seperate vts files, why can't you strip out the audio and subs without losing them?

You just select 'strip streams' in the 'VOB extras' menu and strip the audio and subs you don't want. Or perhaps I don't understand the question?

that's my problem: they're all in separate VTS and each sequence has an IFO. Each time I go through a VTS sequence, IFOEdit rips all sequences but don't create .IFO for each sequence.

    for example:
I Edit the menu(VIDEO_TS.IFO), then the movie and then the other VTS sequences(VTS_2_*), but when I'm going to play the movie it only shows the movie.

really strange. do I need other program that can do this?

So you are trying to strip the extras of extra audio and subtitles?

Then when you go to play your burned DVD-R, you can't get anything to play but the movie?

Maybe you should try it without stripping the video_ts files, these files are usually small anyway.

    xeoncat,

When you play your DVD-R it plays the movie first thing right. Have you tried calling up the menu on your remote?(probably a stupid question)
