ristriction code

hi im naf from jamaica i have a nokia 6020 and when i put my sim in is ask for a ristriction code its on fido network but i tried the code i saw on the thread but it didnt work do i need to state the ime numbers and code numbers too .i need help pleease

anybody can u help me please im desperate

FOR THIS PARTICULAR MODEL, NON ACCEPTED SIM IS REQUIRED.
1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
2. Press the UNDO option
3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)

hi,the code u gave me helped the ristriction code is off but now the phone ask me for a security cody whitch i have no idea what it could be
