Hello, I've recently purchased 100 pack of CD-R's (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817132329). I just recieved them today, and when I popped one in the DVD Drive, the disk would be picked up. I've tried several disks already and nothing seems to work. Other brands of CD's have worked on the same drive. Tested these Ritek Ridata CDs on my father's computer and it worked fine. What is the problem? Thanks in advance.
Oh no, not only is it Ritek CDs, but it can't read CD's at all. Surely there is a way to fix this or is the drive going bad?
Make sure that the firmware/software for you drive is up to date. That might have u with ur problem.... Good luck....
