hi i have just recived an email from my isp road runner and they say that they have been watching my internet activitey and i have been using to much of my upload bandwith and if i do not they will move me up to web hosting road runner suervice and will charge me $300 a month. but is it not my right has a person who bought a service to use it to its fullest. should i argue with them on this my bandwith use was form Bittorrent noting priated just unlicenced anime
i guess a lot of people are downloading from your computer for your provider to notice. check your agreement with your provider to see what your upload limit is & go from there
Most of these contracts have you by the short and curleys. Worth checking it. Basically - you are business they can do without, as they like selling the same bandwidth to 50 people, not just one!
