In Canada, ROGERS has taken steps to limit P2P software. This is a company demand. The new modems that Rogers is supplying will limit any type of P2P program. Rogers has taken an aggresive stance against P2P sharing. As far as I can find out Bell services does not do this, but they do limit your download/upload to 30GB. Rogers is 60GB.
i currently have rogers and my torrent download speeds are horrible. Although my internet speeds are very fast im going to switch to bell because like you said it doesn't block torrent downloads. Although it's not as fast as rogers it still is pretty fast and is better overall.
