i just replaced a cd-rw with a dvd-rw..i now have a dvd -rom on slave ,my new dvd-rw on master no matter what i do roxio easycreator 7 will not recognize the media in the drive ...i have tried music ,commercial movies...please help me
Have you updated Roxio, with the patch that came out yesterday? http://www.roxio.com/en/support/emc/software_updatesv7.jhtml This will not work for the Basic version of EMC7.
yes i updated east creator software today...i updated the bios ...yet it wont recognize the slave drive ...media player and cyberlink power dvd will recognize the slave...im even trying nero 6 ...i was able to burn from the slave drive....roxio wants $35 for tech support ...no gaurantees .
Have you posted in their forums? http://www.roxio.com/en/support/index.jhtml Look on the left side and click on Discussion Groups. You will have to sign in with a user name and ID. Don't use your e-mail address as your user name.
