rss feed?

    can i get an rss feed to tell me if a topic has been updated rather than an email? (it's clogging up my inbox)

    thanks creaky, but i would like an RSS feed to alert me when there is a new post on a topoic i have subscribed to (instead of emails!) is this possible? i would not like to get the news

    I've just tried out the 2nd link above with Google Reader, i got as far as receiving forum feeds but as RSS is new to me i got a few things showing as subscribed but didn't get much further ie i don't fully understand how it works.
