Running Half-Life 2

    I have the european version of HL2 but due to my lack of broadband and cost of the internet over here I find it impossible to update steam everytime I go to play the game, is there and patch which would allow me to play HL2 without connecting to the internet everytime???

    I recall Valve's website had some sort of workaround for those in your situation so I'd follow up on that if I were you :)

    I'm just so pissed with valve and the way they don't appreciate people who BUY their games, so NO I am not a pirate!! The game's real, thanks Nephilim, I'll check it out
