    Within the last few days, everytime I open a second browser window, or if my internet automatically opens it for me I get this error, and then it closes all my browsers.

    Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
    Runtime error Program: C:\program files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe

    And then it has a message underneath that I never can quite cath. I contacted Gateway about it, they took over my computer, and said they fixed it, but I continue to receive the message, followed by all my internet browsers closing. If anyone has any idea of what this is, and how I can fix it, I would be SOOOO appreciative.

    Thanks

    You can try reinstalling Internet Explorer or move to Firefox. Microsoft can be buggy sometimes.

    First go and download either of the 2 programs off the net. and then remove Internet Explorer from Add/ Remove Programs and then run the set up file for the new browser.

    1.Internet Explorer-http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/Search.aspx?displaylang=en

    2.Firefox-http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all

    Good luck.
