    I am trying to hook my tv to my laptop,I can get the desktop picture but not the icons or mouse

    have a look for an app called tv tool, and try to find a user guide for it. it makes using a tv for your pc a lot easier than windows alone.

    no worries, glad it's sorted.

    did you use a seperate program to fix it or are you just using windows options, i never did get mine fully sorted as now have a LCD tv so don't have to worry 9just use th epc input) but and trying to sort my dads desktop pc to run on his tv.

    would love to know how you did yours.
