my mates lost his movie channels so hes been told to press dbox n=button then access services then select scan , however he cant get that far as its asking for a code ? any ideas , tried 0000 no luck

my channels have gone. I have done a fast scan but got nothing. Do I need to update my services file before the scan, do a slow scan or what? Thanks for your help

 

you need to do a full scan turn off quick scan

no joy with that. no channels are working now! any suggestions

 

delete all old movie channels then try again somrtimes takes 2 attemps

 

how do i do that? sorry new to this lark

 

press d box then service will ask for your pin then make sure your cable provider is bruteforce for uk then start scan

 

Set the option in the bouquets line to update.
