    I have a 5 months old Samsung e250 and it is not switching on. I tried a new battery but still no power.

    Any help figuring out what is the problem please?

    it could be the ribbon that's the problem. If the ribbon is so badly damaged or its completely torn, then the phone will NEVER power up! When you put a charger in the phone, does the keypad light up?
