SAMSUNG E720 PUK SIM BLOCKED?

    Hi my other half has a Samsung E720 with a PAYG Orange sim card. He was messing about with the phone and has done something to make this error come up! Orange wont give us a code as its not reg in his name. (Havent a clue whos name it is reg in as he has had a few from mates as the numpty keeps loosing or braking phones!) Is there anyway I can unblock this sim card? Thanks in advance Kate

    without sim
    enter code *2767*3855#.
    or if that doesnt work
    TRY..............*2767*2878#
