hi all, my wife owns a samsung f480 tocco was with o2 network and changed to vodafone to do this she rang o2 for unlock code for her phone so it would accept vodafone sim,the code that o2 gave didnt work so she got a code off the internet and now her phone is saying phone freeze if anyone has any idea how to sort this it would be greatly appreciated..thanking you
i'm not certain but i have read elsewhere (try using the search function at the top) that when it says phone freeze the wrong code has been entered too many times. i dont think there is a free way to fix this problem u would need to check specialist sites. maybe this thread will help, not the same problem but its talking about phone freeze and gives a couple of links : http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/759551
Is the firmware for the tocco available to reload on to it if something goes wrong? maybe on the samsung website?
