hi can anyone help me with my samsung HT Q100 theater system when i turn it on it goes back to standby i have tried the reset by pressing stop with power off but still does not work thanks, brad.
It may be going into "Protect" mode, and shutting down to keep from frying something. Double check all the speaker wire connections, on both ends. Re-twist the wires, and carefully re-connect them (on both ends). One single strand of wire touching something it shouldn't, from any of the connections, can cause this. In fact, it's usually the problem. If this isn't the problem, I'd say you have a problem, and need to return it. Good luck!
