Problem Samsung LNT4671F LN-T4671F screen jitters

    We had had this TV for quite a while and have repaired it a couple times already, but it just started doing something strange recently. the screen begins jitter like crazy. It does not do it all the time and sometimes not at all. At other times, it is completely un-watchable. Could this be the video board?

    This is an old tv and we are not interested in investing very much more money in it. hopefully this is a cheap fix.
