So i went to turn on my camera and the lens seems to have gotten stuck. The camera will soon go to a black screen, start flashing and and turn off? I haven't had this camera for that long 6 months or so. Is this a known problem with some NV10's? well any help would be great.
your camera needs service...... bring to a Samsung repair center! don't mess around with it! let the experts deal with it!
I have had that same problem , and camera is going back for second repair tomorrow. My problem replciated itself in the following way: I took high res video, and switched to high res images. I took approx 20. After downloading those images and video and emptying disk, lens would not extend, shutter would not open. I sent it to Samsung repair, they fixed it, said I dropped it (I did not) and it worked fine. Oct 20, almost a month to the day after the original problem, same set of circumstances; 1 miinute video, 20 images, transfered images and video to laptop, deleted files and voila, exactly the same problem. I am waiting for a repair order to come.
I'm sorry to hear you are having so much problems with your Samsung camera. Takes great pictures and never any kind of problem as you're having. I'm sorry again for your camera problem.... maybe a new camera is in order!
