I just got the Samsung Rant and was wondering if anyone knew a way to go DIRECTLY to the text box screen (where you could start typing without having to enter a recipient number first)? It seems like a basic thing since all of my old phones have had shortcuts like that (ex: "Left nav key" equals "blank message"). I've read through pretty much the whole manual. It would be so nice just to slide open the keypad and start typing...
yeah, i noticed that, too. but that's not really what i'm looking for. i've lost all hope that such a shortcut exists, though... thanks anyway!
