hi i recently purchased samsungs writemaster SH-W162C model secondhand and using the latest nero 6.x media i am unable to burn information to a blank dvd. I have also installed the lastest firmware all to no avail. I know this is an old thread (3 months). But if anyone else come along with the same Burning problems with the Samsung SH-W162C, I suggest you return it and get a new one - It's hit and miss with this model. <As of this post- Latest Firmware TS10 -doesn't remedy burning issues>
