Ok, got this Inuyasha game (cause I'm a fan of Inuyasha) for the NDS. Problem is that I can not figure out how to save. The main menu does have an option labeled 'continue' I've played like 20-30 min into the game, then I die and have to start all over. Aren't there any checkpoints or something?
Don't hope too much. Games based on anime like Inuyasha or Naruto are made very slipshod. Personally I call them gimmicks for companies to make a quick buck off the fans. They don't care about quality but how quick the game can get on the shelves. Wouldn't be surprise if they didn't include a save feature to just save time making the game. Do yourself a favor and drop the game... better yet drop the anime as well.
I know how to save the game! Okay, ya know when you like press the start button or press something on the bottom screen and there's this menue? well it should say something like SAVE GAME or somethin' and thats how ya do it!
I can't believe that they would so lazy as to not include a save function. Inuyasha is my fav anime, so I won't be dropping it anytime soon. I have tried the obvious of pressing start and touching the bottom screen. All that comes up is stats and items you've found.
UGH!! You doof! Do people these days listen to me? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I just told you the stupid answer!! Oh my GOSH!!!!!!!!!
uhhh... if you read his post, he said he tried that. :/ anyway, the save feature might be something really stupid. like in the juushin enbu game, you have to talk to this lady to save the game.
@pachirisu You need to calm down. Like I said before I have already tried the obvious. @kcajblue That's a good idea man, I'm going to play through the game but talk to everyone I see.
*Sorry 'bout that...* Well, anywho, im playn the game rite now and savin. i got soooooooooo far into the game that id have to be a total nutbar not to save after all of that CRUD. Oh! i remember now! when ur traveling on the map, there should be an S circle to the upper rite on the touch screen. (WARNING* this will only appear AFTER you've found Kagome in the swamp and defeated the monster with the jewel shard.) touch it and it should say this: SAVE Options exit to Main Menu Return to game Thats when you save*
Ok I played as far as you said and the 's' must of passed by a light speed cause I didn't see it. Sent bandai namco a query about the saving on this game. I'll report back. Edit:You were right man, though the s doesn't appear just anytime. Has to be when you are in zoomed out mode (traveling). Earliest time it appears is when you go to the Higurashi shrine, in the beginning of the game.
