I want to capture a specific video stream from a web site and save it to a file on the hard drive. the video stream will not allow me to right click and save to disk. Does anyone know of a program that is easy to use for this?

Amlucent....I used URL snooper to get the link and then either Streambox VCR or the Download Manager < Net Transport > to download the link....However since I changed from Windows 98 to XP I am having a problem with URL Snooper.... Once you snoop out the link the rest is easy..What one does is opens URL Snooper and set it to "sniff network" then start the file you wish to download ..once started it leaves a link in the URL Snooper panel....If its a Windows Media Video file it will start with MMS or if a Real Player file it will be RTSP . There is a forum that solely concentrates on streaming video and probably if you put a thread on it explaining what you are after somebody will get the link for you and then you put it in Net Transport which will download it...Amazingly I have forgotten the forums name ..once I get it back I will let you know ..Ron
