Hi i got myself a scanner from a boot fair but there wasnt any software with it to install it onto my computer.the make is a mustek 1200 ub scanner.i have tried to install the driver from the makers website but during installation it tells me to insert the original disc...but i dont have it otherwise i wouldnt be on here asking for help...also i let the scanner and printer wizard install the driver from the net...this was successful but when i try to use the scanner it tells me that it cant find the scanner ...i have looked in the device manager and it tells methat itis installed and when i configured the scanner it worked so i know that the scanner isnt broken....i am running xp is there anyone out there that can suggest anything to help me get the scanner up and running properly...many thanks
