scanning cable d box2

can anyone help me please and tell me what i am doing wrong.i have just brought a nokia dbox2 from germany and have scanned it to my local location,found some 300 channels but wont let me into most of them and it comes up with "decode pending" any ideas,your help is much appreciated.thanks.

 

are you using Commando 7.5 by any chance

do you have the so called "magic keys" (files required to decode the signal to view the channel)
