    has any one been having problems backing up this movie
    shrink stopped at 71%
    dvd43 wont do the trick
    dvd decrypter locked up
    smartripper also stopped at 71% on side A
    any suggestions

    scratched, dirty, or something is just wrong with the disc.

    what is the error message from dvd shrink?

    i should have written it down , but something to the effect of " copywrite error ___". the disk looks clean but may be defective

    data error ( cyclic redundancy check )
    i have no idea what this means
