    Hi,
I'll keep this short. I have a school project on Terry Fox (Canadian History) and I have to create a model, and I was thinking why not his artifical leg, but the problem is, I have no idea how I would go about making a fake artifical leg that would move (because the model has to interact with the audience) maybe LEGO? Anyone know how I would go about doing this?

    Regards,

well basically i just need a artifical leg that can move (maybe with a little bit of the knee) so there is some kind of screw in the middle or something so the bottom part moves

you are not in the toronto area, are you? the reason i'm asking is that you could ask to borrow an artifical leg at what used to be called the ontario crippled children center later renamed the hugh macmallion center on rumsey rd off bayview behind the cnib building. also there is or was an adult physical rehab center across the parking lot from the center. i was a former patient at the crippled children center 36 yrs ago.

look in the phone book & can't hurt to ask & explain what you need it for.
