Scrambeld or bad channel - Only installed and can't switch on EMU **PLS HELP!!!

Hi I've just got a new "THE BOX" (Starview 2) and scanned, received a lot of channels290+ problem is almost all say scrambled or bad channel - I think its because i can't get into the hidden screen - Can anyone help please??.. after looking at some of the threads its indicating that i need to go into the parental control and press 2004 after info but this gives me nothing - any ideas would be much appreciated!!!...
