Screen Cap disabled - Nero 7.9.6.0

    Brand new install of freshly purchased Nero Premium, load an AVI in ShowTime and the screen cap button is unavailable.

    Once upon a time in my OEM version it was available, then one day, without warning, disappeared.

    Is there some setting I'm missing? I've configured a harddisk destination for screen cap files ...

    Page 7/8 seems to be saying that hardware acceleration has to be off for it to be available.
    That would be your PC display properties.
