ok, i finaaly edited my wedding video and want to send it to Ukraine....they use Secam there i think....so where can i find a program that will convert to secam dvd? also...do you have to convert avi to secam if your going to use it on the computer there? i've been looking around for programs that covert ...but all i can find is the pal format type? thanks
The Secam Resolution and Frame Rate are exactly the same as Pal so makeing a Pal DVD should Play on his TV set/DVD player and For Playback on a PC it doesn"t matter if it is Pal NTSC or Secam or whatever as your PC doesn"t abide by any Broadcast Specifications... Cheers
