seem to have lost some channels

    hi can any of the usual experts help me out again i seem to have lost a few channels on starview ver 3 not clone ,,, desc turbo , setanta 2 , abc , all other channels working fine just others comming in as no signal your help will be greatly appreciated for the hundred time you have helped me out

    There were some transponder frequency changes. Rescan the box and all will be well.

    is that a complete factory reset or or do do i do that not very savvy on these things thnx for your reply

    on that post you advised me on Celtic it says change my freq how do i actually do this sorry about being such a gobshite i aint got a clue

    Delete the channels that you have problems with

    Press , menu > installation > manual scan > and enter the freq in Down Freq and press OK , the new channels found will be at the end of your list
