I thought at first it was the VCR's, that was having a tracking problem 3 VCR'S later, same trouble. I have a Line across the bottom of the screen? Looks as if picture is distorted all the way across? Using Windows XP SP2, with Crescentec DC-1100 USB with rca plug imput? Ulead Studio 6 also same results if I use Intervideo WINDVD CREATOR
The line on the bottom of your captured picture is caused by the tape heads of the VCRs you are using. this will not be seen when shown on your TV because it overscans and that part of the picture is below what you see on the screen. What you are seeing is normal and is visible only on your PC screen. Go ahead and capture whatever it is.
