you can use this web site called you send it you can up load the file to the servers and you give them the e=mail of the person that you want to send to and they will send them a e=mail telling them that there is a file for them and they have 7 days to get the file after that the file is removed, i have used this site quite a few times and it works fine and it is free, the limit is 100mg for free and you can send as many as you like for free but if you want to send bigger files it cost money this is the link ,http://www.yousendit.com/ good luck happy burning have a nice day

read this for the easy solution.
either rar or 7zip the folder down to about 30mb(if used correctly)
now instead of having a 105mb u now have a file round about 30mb.now you have a fast and efficient way to send it.i recommend

    www.megaupload.com

If you have a public IP you can set small http or ftp server. There are small, free tools for this: Http File Server (hfs) and Free FTPd. Both support transfer resuming. They are extremely easy to use too.
Of course it is always good idea to compress (7zip/rar) the files.
