well i kept having this problem with mozilla where it crashed on me every 6 minutes or so and gave me the option to debug, send the error report or dont send it. the reason it had to close was always because of a program crash. i thought the issue was with mozilla so i uninstalled it and got opera. ive had opera for two days and now im having the exact same problem that i had with mozilla. so i assume that it is now not mozilla that was causing the problems since i am having the same trouble with opera. does anyone have any ideas on why this has happened to me on a regular basis with two different browsers now and does anyone possibly know how to fix this?
Well, there could be tons of possibilities, so all I can think of now is to get these free tools below, install them on your system, then run them on "safe mode" one-by-one. (1) Ad-Aware SE Personal (2) SpyBot Search & Destroy (3) CCleaner aka CrapCleaner (4) AVG Free Edition (5) HiJackThis - be very careful of what you "delete" Now run any of your Anti-Virus program and re-start your system back on normal mode to see if the issue is gone. I don't really know what's the "cause" but it seems like it's either an OS issue or someone has hijacked your browser. I've been using Mozilla FireFox since last May 2005 and I've never ever encountered that sort of issue(s) whatsoever. Best of lucks to you.
