hi guys,havin a problem with my box and desperately seeking help,i recently lost the channel five usa from my box and my mother was pestering me to get it back so i re-booted the box and after the power scan was done and the data was saved instead of the channels coming back on i got the wee blue box with service unknown inside it never seen or heard of this before is there anyone out there who can help please?????????????
