zappp64 is right - performing a full scan would be better. Keep the services.xml that your full scan generates, but do transfer the bouquet.xml for your area, as it puts the channels in the correct order, thus saving you time..
Click on the above link first, when unzipped there is another winrar file that contains services and bouquets for many areas in the UK. As zappp64 said, don't use the services.xml unless you are unable to scan for channels as scanning yourself is more acurate and, of course, more up to date than using a potentially old services.xml. Do use the bouquet, however, as this will put your channels in the correct order without you having to do it manually..
