I live in the US, and I am paying for hd service from Charter. I have been reading some comments about people buying their own digital set-top boxes. Are these boxes replacing your cable/satellite boxes, or are you strictly using broadband internet to give you television service? I would be interested in buying a new box that has a bigger HD for my DVR and allowing more channels and ending my monthly "rental" fee. Can anyone explain what these boxes do, and if they will work with my current cable package. Thx
as far as i can tell you none of the cable boxes we are talking about will do you you may have some help with a sat box
