As in the title. I can't work it out. I have both these phones but I can't work out how I can get it to automatically save sent text messages each time I sent a text. Both have a sent messages folder but they never save and there's no apparent option on either to turn it on. I also can not find it in the manual(s).

Only thing I haven't tried is placing a memory card in each phone. So, how do I do it? Do they need memory cards to save sent text messages?

    Found the answer elsewhere.

Before hitting send, after typing your text message, go to options, you'll see "send and save" and that's all there is to it, thanks anyway.
