Sharing a DVD-Rom Drive?

    Can you share a DVD-Rom drive across a network for reading only? I tried lastnight and kept getting an error about not having enough storage space.. Both computers have well over 30gig of free space.. I'm assuming it's some kind of security on the drive..

    BTW it's a Sony DRU-510A drive..
