I purchased a digital download (mistake #1) of Nero 8 from www.shopnroll.com (mistake #2) and was having some problems with the recode part. I contacted Nero (mistake #3) and was informed that I had an invalid serial key. ShopNRoll guarentees that all the software they sell is "100 % genuine". I then contacted SNR by forwarding the email sent from Nero. Apparently they think I'm full of BS or something because its been 3 weeks and still no fix. So, let this be a warning to all. STAY AWAY FROM DIGITAL DOWNLOADS. Oh yeah, SNR doesn't have a physical address or phone number. Sounds like a scammer company to me.
