    I'm wondering if there is a way to use a single keystroke to enter an often used name or phrase,and then be able to store that so it can be reused.

    i dont think there is a program that can do that because of your cut and past option, do u know how to do that?

    just go to internet explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Content > Auto Complete > Settings > and select the ones you want
