i like the restore partition they have , so when something goes wrong there's the second partition to restore it.
buy it.. and wipe it totally.. and get your refund.. then put a proper free software setup on it which may go wrong once in a while but isn't going to be full of junkware triels for shit payware... that will come back every time the paid operating system breaks (every 5 or 6 months for ever and ever and ever) also.. my experience.. direct experience.. You buy a computer with an operating system that "restores" from a hdd partition... you have bought NOTHING!!! so you may as well get rid and use something that will belong to you.
I would not buy a HP laptop. They are the worst to deal with. There tech support sucks. There repair depot is worthless. 3 times sent back and it was never fixed. I would never buy a hp laptop or let a friend buy one.
I've never had good experience with HP, Asus is putting out some good stuff and you can find some good deals on Sony recently, they've stepped their game up
i had a hp for 5 years only problems i had was when i got a virus because i did not have a antivirus but thanks to the restore partition they have i saved some money , if you dont like the software they come with just unistall it . i just got another new hp , i already installed lots of software without unistalling anything from factory and is working real good . i think it doesnt matter what pc you get just be sure to have an updated antivirus and carefully with what you install from internet.
The quality of Acer and Asus stuff is typically far lower than that of HP/Toshiba/Dell stuff. No issues with a heavily-used 5 year old HP laptop, even if it did have a criminally small amount of RAM fitted.
