I've been using shrink and anydvd and nero 7 and all together, burning quite a few discs, but i came across a few lately that always give me the same error: invalid dvd navigation structure. now is there maybe another program out there, that will perhaps just zip the whole movie or so or i dunno, just someway for me to burn it off the disc.

AnyDVD has had many updates lately! make sure you are using the newest version 6095: www.slysoft.com

here is a free program that will do a great job for you called RipIt4Me... download the programs and follow the guide:

this will do all the movies out there!

Whenever I've gotten that "Invalid Navigation" error, I've ripped with DVDDecrypter (with AnyDVD in the background), processed "in place" with FixVTS, and, then ran through Recode2. I think that this is, in essence, the equivalent of using RipIt4Me. (Someone clarify if I am in error)

This always solved that problem for me!
